Special Investigator Robert Ray is a seasoned investigator with over 16 years of experience in military, federal, and private sector investigations. He currently serves as a Special Investigator for Watchful Eye Investigations LLC and is a licensed private investigator in the state of Texas.
Robert proudly served 12 years in the United States Army, where he led complex investigations, enforced military law, and specialized in cyber investigations. His post-military career includes roles in federal law enforcement and participation in several high-level joint task forces across jurisdictions.
Robert holds graduate degrees in Forensics and Investigative Sciences, as well as Criminal Justice. His extensive certifications reflect a commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in investigative work. His credentials span a wide range of specialized training, including:

Robert frequently makes appearances and gives formal talks to Criminal Justice students at different Texas universities.
